The Ministerial Working Group on Defence and Security Exports has commissioned the Cabinet Office to produce a paper on ‘structural impediments’ to exports and what can be done to address these.
ADS is working with the Cabinet Office to develop industry input to the paper.
As part of this, ADS is undertaking a survey to understand:
- How aware companies are of the government’s different export support schemes.
- How much value companies place on different export support schemes.
- Whether the schemes address real business need.
- Whether companies are consulted on the government’s export support schemes and the effect of any recent changes to schemes.
