The Role

We have a great opportunity for a full-time Administrator to join our collaborative business support team, working to support activities that facilitate the efficient running of the ADS Head Office based in Albert Embankment, London.

You will provide a high level of professional and courteous reception service to all staff and clients visiting the building, creating a positive first impression and departure experience for our visitors. This includes answering all calls in a polite and friendly manner promptly and efficiently.

By taking a proactive role, you are able to ensure the smooth running of the office, providing support and taking the lead in facilities management, whilst ensuring all ADS office needs are fully met.

The Candidate

We are seeking a candidate with strong written and oral communication skills, using their ability to adapt and remain calm when the reception area becomes busy.

To be successful in this post, you will have knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to multi-task and think on your feet with a presentable, approachable and friendly personality.

You will are able to communicate with people at all levels confidently and professionally with a proactive and self-motivated approach to work whilst using your own initiative.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 17.30 hrs, located in London
Current salary £25 to 27k per annum, depending on experience
