SC21 has created a single improvement template for all signatory companies to use, this helps to creat consistency in the journey for all companies signed up to the programme.

These are intended to be plans which a signatory company can use jointly with their customers e.g. during the relationship management process, these plans will have a clear linkage to performance metrics such as quality and delivery.

To really work these improvement plans must be driven by senior management, thus ensuring that the improvement plan is regularly reviewed (e.g. at senior management meetings) and that all necessary resource requirements are clear and therefore made available to undertake the defined tasks to improve operational performance.

The process below defines an approach to making this work in reality and the downloadable templates at the bottom of the page are available to use as examples of good practice.
