The Aerospace & Defense Supplier Summit Seattle (A&DSS) is a bi-annual event, sponsored by Boeing, which brings together the worldwide supply chain for a series of targeted B2B meetings. The Department for International Trade (DIT) and ADS have direct experience of A&DSS and are able to offer advice to UK companies to maximise their profile at the event, including securing the right B2B opportunities with Boeing, OEMs and Tier 1s.

Here’s a summary of the top three reasons why you should consider exhibiting in the UK Pavilion organised by ADS.

Benefit from support to secure one-to-one meetings

The programme asks participants to create a profile and then identify and request meetings with event attendees in engineering and procurement. To help you secure these meetings, DIT Aerospace Specialists, Chris Gane, Bill Peterson and myself, as ADS Aerospace Business Development & Operations Manager, have teamed up to support you with compiling your materials prior to submission.

Attend a unique networking dinner

We are excited to announce that companies exhibiting in the UK Pavilion will receive an invitation to attend an exclusive networking dinner. This event will include attendees from multiple members of the Boeing procurement team and representatives from several US tier 1 aerospace manufacturers.

Get assistance from a dedicated Event Manager

ADS will liaise with the organisers on behalf of exhibitors; providing regular updates on the event and key deadlines. We will secure a group rate at a suitably located hotel and provide freight support.  There will also be a representative from ADS on site each day to provide support at the show.
