Membership Survey 2020 - 360 x 200

The ADS Membership Survey is run on a biennial basis to ensure we gain feedback from Members on our performance to date and seek out areas to improve on to add more value for the future.

We appreciate this is a busy and challenging time for Members but the survey should only take ten minutes of your time to complete.

We will start by asking a series of questions about your current experience with ADS on our performance and your views on how we could do better. These cover five key areas which we have used previously to benchmark ourselves against since ADS was formed in 2010.

In response to the current COVID-19 crisis, our teams have been providing comprehensive support to our Members. In March, ADS created a COVID-19 Hub to host all of the latest information relevant to our sectors. This is updated regularly to reflect new announcements and information. We have also held webinars focussing on issues of importance to our sectors and allowing an opportunity for questions to be answered.

Members are also able to contact us through our COVID-19 mailbox, where we have been receiving questions and information from Members. We have been able to respond to these emails with answers and feed in challenges to Government which have resulted in changes of policy or new announcements. ADS is in regular communication with Government and other bodies representing the interests of our members and our sectors. ADS is focussed on ensuring the Government provide the right environment for a strong restart and recovery for our sectors.

Your feedback is important to us so we can ensure we continue to align our services to meet our Members’ needs and the activities we are doing are important to you, that you are aware of what we are doing and that they are adding value to your business.

Please complete each section as thoroughly as possible: there is an area for any additional comment and feedback at the end of the survey if required.

May I take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your valuable feedback.
